Here at SELAH we pride ourselves in providing the best in customer service.  All customer concerns will be handled promptly and with care.  Please e-mail us and we will respond quickly and we will try to resolve your issues.

Returns & Exchanges


NO CASH OR CREDIT RETURNS!!! Store credits or refunds will ONLY be issued if there is an error to your order that is made by SELAH itself.  Please email SELAH your concern. We will instruct you on how to initiate refund or store credit of your purchase.  Clearance, jewelry, handbags, and shapewear are FINAL SALE!!  Due to Covid-19/ pandemic safety concerns,  WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT THIS TIME.  Please take note of all suggestions in our item descriptions and refer to our sizing chart prior to purchase.  Please contact us with any sizing questions, we are happy to give additional product information.

Re-stocks and Pre-orders can not be cancelled or refunded.  All shipping dates are later dates after purchase and all posted dated are tentative due to shipping times and possible delays of from our suppliers.  Periodic updates via email will be given throughout this process. Please note the above prior to purchase, orders WILL NOT be cancelled or refunded after purchase, unless there is an error or deletion of the item by Selah itself.





SELAH is NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages once the package is in possession of the shipper.  If your replacement item is no longer in stock a store credit will be given to be redeemed online or in store.

Any packages that requires signature that are refused and/or fail to be received and are returned to sender (Selah) will be re-shipped to the original address at the customers expense.  Original order billing address and shipping address must match and will remain the same.  Item will be shipped to original billing/ shipping address.




Payment Methods & Sales Tax
We accept all major credit cards. (ie. Visa and Mastercard)
Name on card and card billing & shipping  information must match.
Domestic US orders will be received within 3-7 business days once shipped.
International orders will be received within 10-30  business days when using USPS shipping,
Shipping price includes all shipping, sales tax  and handling fees.
Orders over $100 may be subject to signature.
Order processing time  is  1-4 business days (Mon - Fri)  Orders received after 2:30 pm will start processing the next business day.  
NO  express shipping on Saturdays & Sundays
Domestic US orders will be received within approx  3-7 business days once shipped.
International orders will be received within  7-21  business days when using USPS shipping and  
4-8 business days with FedEx international shipping.
Some pieces are shipped from a separate fulfillment facility / warehouse.  This may result in more than one package for a single order. The above shipping and processing times will apply. Confirmation emails with tracking numbers will be email for all packages in order.
To help ensure receipt of your packages  we will add "Signature required" to packages at our discretion as we monitor reports of package thefts in your respective areas.  If you would like a definite signature delivery of your package please comment Signature Required in the comment/ note section at checkout.  
International orders may be shipped via FedEx or UPS at this time.  This reflects the increased international shipping rates.  Due to Covid's impact on the USPS shipping times this method was chosen so you, our customers, can receive your parcels in a timely manner.    Please note if using the USPS option your package can take up to 30 days to be delivered.  Selah Boutique is not responsible for any customs and duty  fees.  These are the sole responsibility of  YOU the customer.
